Eggs Benedict Rolls
I love eggs benedict and love this variation of them. These are a great idea for brunch or lunch.

Ingredients
1 pound bacon
12 dinner rolls, baked ( I use Rhodes Bake and Serve Dough)
12 large eggs
Hollandaise Sauce: See below link
Instructions
1
Preheat your oven to 350 degree’s.
2
Fully cook the bacon and coarsely chop the cooked bacon, set aside.
3
Slice the top of the dinner rolls off and remove some of the bread from the inside of the roll.
4
Divide the cooked bacon between the prepared rolls, sprinkle in the bottom of the each roll.
5
Crack one egg into each roll sprinkle the top with all purpose seasoning.
6
Place the prepared eggs onto a baking sheet and bake them off in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the eggs are cooked.
7
Remove the eggs from the oven and drizzle with freshly prepared hollandaise sauce. Here’s my recipe for the hollandaise sauce: https://cookingwithchefbryan.com/recipe-view/eggs-benedict-fresh-english-muffins/
8
Drizzle the prepared hollandaise sauce over the eggs, serve and enjoy!
