Eggs and Toast

Eggs and Toast

This quick and easy way to make eggs and toast is a snap! Use your favorite toppings and create a morning masterpiece for you and your family.

Ingredients

1 french bread loaf
8 eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheese, optional
1/2 cup chopped hot dogs, optional
12 pepperoni slices, optional
Salsa, optional
Toppings, your choice
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 degree’s.

Cut four holes in the top of the french bread loaf. Don’t cut the holes are the way through and cut them so they easily hold eggs.

Use the toppings of your choice cheese, hot dogs, pepperoni slices…to customize your eggs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Place the french bread loaf onto a baking sheet and into your preheated oven. Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until the eggs are cooked through.

Remove from the oven, slice into sections that include the eggs and serve with your favorite salsa or other toppings. Enjoy!
