Egg Bar with Yogurt and Peaches

Egg Bar with Yogurt and Peaches

Ingredients

8 eggs
1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped pepperoni
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 peaches chopped
1 cup plain yogurt
Vegetable spray

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 degree’s.

Spray 4-6 ramekins with vegetable spray and set aside.

Crack two eggs at a time into a large bowl and add the chopped ingredients desired into the eggs, whisk together. Salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the prepared eggs into your ramekins and bake for 20 minutes or until the eggs are cooked.

While the eggs are cooking, add the chopped peaches to a large bowl along with the plain yogurt. Fold the peaches and yogurt together and serve with the baked eggs. Enjoy!
