Easy Weekend Ribs
These delicious ribs are so easy to make and will spice up any backyard weekend bbq with family and friends.
Ingredients
1 rack pork ribs
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1 cup prepared bbq sauce
Instructions

Place the rack of ribs on a parchment lined baking sheet and set aside.

In a small bowl mix the brown sugar, onion pwd, garlic pwd, salt and black pepper to together.

Sprinkle the herb mixture all over the pork ribs and rub it into the pork ribs.

Wrap the pork ribs tightly in aluminum foil and bake in a 265 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.

Remove from the oven, let them rest for 30 minutes and just before serving, grill them off to put grill marks on them. Cut each rib and place them in large bowl.

Toss the ribs with the prepared bbq sauce and serve with your favorite salad. On air, I served mine with a freshly made green salad.
