Easy Sweet and Sour Chicken
Here’s a great idea for dinner that doesn’t take a lot of time or money to make.
Ingredients
2 pounds chicken thighs
5 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
6 cups cooked rice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat a large sauté pan and add enough cooking oil to lightly coat the bottom of the sauté pan.

Add the chicken and fully cook.

In a separate bowl, add the minced garlic, honey, water, white wine vinegar and soy sauce. Mix everything together until well blended.

Add the soy sauce mixture to the chicken, mix to combine and bring to a boil and let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir as needed.

Remove and serve over rice with your favorite vegetable on the side. Enjoy!
