Easy Salmon Dinner

Easy Salmon Dinner

This salmon dinner is so easy to make and delicious! Bake off the salmon fillets with mixed vegetable in about 20 minutes and serve with rice on the side. This is a perfect dinner.

Ingredients

4 salmon fillets ( 8 oz fillets )
2 tbsp season salt
4 cups mixed vegetables
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp no-salt seasoning
1 tbsp minced garlic
4 cups cooked rice
Cooking spray
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 degreeā€™s.

Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and place the salmon fillets in the baking dish. I like to remove the skin before baking, however, if the skin is on the salmon be sure to remove the fish scales.

Sprinkle the salmon with season salt and then lightly spray the salmon with cooking spray to lightly coat the seasoning with oil.

In a large bowl, add the mix vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, no-salt seasoning mix and mixed garlic mixing everything together until combined. If desired, sprinkle with some season salt.

Arrange the prepared mixed vegetables around the salmon and place the baking dish in the oven.

Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is flaky and easily comes apart. Serve with prepared rice and enjoy.
