Easy Chicken Burrito Bowl

Easy Chicken Burrito Bowl

These easy to make burrito bowls are so good! I like to use my cilantro lime rice to make these bowls. You can use any kind of protein you choose to customize them to your own tastes.

Ingredients

1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp season salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
3 chicken breasts, butterflied
2 cups black beans
4 cups shredded lettuce
4 cups prepared rice
Shredded cheese
Diced tomatoes
Prepared guacamole
Flour Tortillas

Instructions

In a small bowl mix the herbs and spices together (chili powder, garlic powder, season salt, cumin, onion powder, dried oregano and cayenne pepper until well blended.

Generously season the chicken with the seasoning blend and grill until fully cooked, remove from grill and set aside, once cooled slice.

I like to make my cilantro lime rice which I have linked in the description of this recipe. Place a large flour tortilla in a bowl and spoon some cilantro lime rice in a bowl, followed by sliced chicken, black beans shredded lettuce, cheese, diced tomatoes and some fresh guacamole. Serve with hot sauce and enjoy!
