Easter Ham Pizza with Honey Mustard

(Easter) Ham Pizza with Honey Mustard

This delicious ham pizza is great for Easter or anytime of the year. Easy to make and fun to serve for Easter brunch.

Ingredients

1 recipe Chef Bryan Pizza Dough
4 cups prepared pizza sauce
8 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 bunch asparagus, blanched
1 large yellow onion, sliced
6-8 tomatoes, sliced
1 pound sliced/chopped cooked ham
1 cup yellow mustard
1/2 cup honey

Instructions

Make up a batch of Chef Bryans Pizza Dough or use your favorite pizza dough. Once the dough is finished proofing, divide into four equal pieces of dough.

Roll each dough into 12 inch rounds and divide the topping ingredients between the four pies. Start with the sauce, cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and ham on top.

Bake the pizzas in a 450-500 degree preheated oven until crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.

Heat the mustard and honey in a sauce pan and stir together to combine.

Drizzle the honey mustard over the pizza, slice and serve.
