Easiest Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies Ever
If you love pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, this is the recipe for you! So easy and delicious, you’ll want to make them everyday!
Ingredients
1 Spice cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Cream cheese frosting
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degree’s.

To a large bowl, add the spice cake mix, eggs, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, chocolate chips and vegetable oil mixing everything together until combined.

On a parchment lined baking sheet, spoon drop the pumpkin chocolate chip cookie batter. When I make them, I get about 18 cookies.

Place the cookings in the preheated oven and bake for about 8-10 minutes or until they are cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet. Once cooled, frost with your favorite cream cheese frosting and enjoy!
