Deviled Eggs with Bacon

Deviled Eggs with Bacon

These deviled eggs are perfect for your next picnic, appetizer or delicious snack. Adapt to meet your dietary needs and enjoy!

Ingredients

6 large eggs
1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp chopped chives
2 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
pinch of salt and black pepper

Instructions

Hard boil the eggs, cool and set aside until ready to assemble. I use my recipe for hard boiling eggs which can be found in my cookbook, “Everyday Instant Pot Cookbook”.

Peel and cut the cooled hard boiled eggs and carefully cut them in half. Transfer the egg yolks to a boil and place the egg white portion onto a plater.

To the egg yolks, add the grated mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, white wine vinegar and chives together until smooth and creamy.

Spoon the prepared egg yolk mixture into the cooked egg whites to create the deviled eggs.

To finish the deviled eggs, sprinkle with additional chopped chives if desired and bacon. Enjoy!
