Delicious Shrimp Sauté with Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients
1-2 pounds shrimp, deveined and shell removed
1 tbsp season salt
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 cups chopped mushrooms
1 cup diced tofu
1 small onion, sliced
3-4 garlic cloves, chopped
2 cups chopped cabbage
1 stalk broccoli stems, chopped
1 cup diced eggplant
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp chili oil
1 package noodles, cooked
Oil for deep frying

Preheat your oil to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, place the shrimp, then sprinkle with your favorite season salt and cornstarch. Toss everything together to coat the shrimp.

Deep fry the shrimp for about 3 minutes or until they are fully cooked. Remove them from the deep fryer.

Heat a large frying pan on the stove and add enough oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan.

Add the prepared vegetables to the pan and sauté on high heat for 3-5 minutes.

Add as much of the cooked shrimp to the pan as desired and freeze the rest for a future meal. Drizzle everything with the chili oil, mixing it all together to combine the flavors.
