Curried Pork Tenderloin with Cranberry Chutney
This delicious curried pork tenderloin is delicious. Paried with a sweet and savory cranberry chutney adds a wonderful twist to a classic pork tenderloin dish. Thank you to the American Heart Association for providing this recipes.
Ingredients
1 pound pork tenderloin
1 Tbsp curry powder
2 tsp olive oil
1 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp grated orange zest
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground cloves

Preheat your oven to 400 degree’s.

Dust the pork tenderloin with the curry powder and rub the seasoning into the pork tenderloin.

Heat a large non-stick pan on the stove and add the olive oil. Pan sear the pork tenderloin on all sides making sure it has good coloring.

Place the pork tenderloin on a baking sheet and into the oven. Roast the pork tenderloin for about 20 minutes or until an instant read thermometer reads 150 degree’s.

Remove the pork from the oven, and cover with aluminum foil and let it rest for 10 minutes covered before cutting.

To make the chutney, combine the cranberry sauce, ground ginger, orange zest, cinnamon and cloves in a small bowl. Mix everything together until combine. Serve the cranberry chutney with the pork along with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
