Creamy Mac and Cheese
Some of the creamiest, easy and most delicious mac and cheese you’ll ever try. This recipe feature a custard cheese sauce that elevates the classic dish to the next level!
Ingredients
1 pkg elbow macaroni, cooked al dente
6 cups shredded cheese
2 cups cubed Velveeta style cheese
2 cups milk
1 cup cream
3 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the elbow macaroni to al dente, drain and add to a large casserole dish.

In a separate bowl, mix the shredded cheese, cubed Velveeta style cheese, milk, cream and eggs together to fully combine. Salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the milk mixture over the cooked macaroni and carefully stir to combine. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes, remove cover and finish baking for another 10 minutes or until the top is golden.

Remove from the oven and serve.
