Creamy Jalapeno Taco Pasta with Salsa Queen

Creamy Jalapeño Taco Pasta

I love making this pasta for my family and friends. I really think the creamy jalapeño dip makes this pasta amazing! I can’t wait for you to try this and love it as much as I do!

Ingredients

1 pkg pasta of your choice (approximately 1 lb pkg)
1 pound lean ground hamburger
1 packet taco seasoning
3/4 cup water
1 carton Salsa Queen’s Creamy Jalapeño dip (8 oz)
1 cup prepared salsa
2 cups shredded cheese

Instructions

1
Cook the pasta according to the package directions, drain and set aside.
2
In the same pot, brown the hamburger and drain off any excess grease. Return the hamburger to the pan and add the packet of taco seasoning and the water. Bring back up to a simmer while lightly stirring.
3
To the hamburger, add the creamy jalapeño dip and the 1 cup of prepared salsa (I used Salsa Queens Roasted Tomatillo Salsa) stir everything together and bring back up to a simmer.
4
Stir the shredded cheese into the hamburger mixture along with the cooked pasta. Mix everything together. I like to serve the pasta over tortilla chips or crush them over the top and enjoy!
