Corned Beef on Rye
These delicious sandwiches are perfect when you have some extra corned beef to use up. Top with your favorite cheese and serve with your choice of sides for the perfect meal.
Ingredients
2 garlic cloves, finally minced
1 cup prepared mayonnaise
1/4 cup prepared chili sauce
1-2 tbsp ketchup
1/4 cup finely minced onion
1 tbsp chef Bryans chimichurri sauce
1 tbsp finely minced dill pickles
1 cup sauerkraut
2 cups finally shredded cabbage
1 pound cooked corned beef, sliced or shredded
Swiss cheese (optional)
Rye bread

Instructions

To make the dressing: In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, mayonnaise, prepared chili sauce, ketchup, minced onion, chimichurri sauce and minced dill pickles until combined.

Mix the sauerkraut and finally shredded cabbage together and set aside.

Spread some of the prepared dressing onto eight slices of rye bread.

Divide the sliced, cooked corned beef on the prepared rye bread. Top with swiss cheese (optional) and the prepared sauerkraut. I like to serve the chips on the side.
