Classic Cherry Clafoutis
This custard is a pairing of classic and comfort food. Delicious and really easy to make, this dish can be made with any kind of fruit so be creative and have some fun.

Ingredients
3 cups pitted sweet cherries
1 3/4 cups milk
3/4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
5 eggs
Butter
Powdered sugar for garnish
Instructions

Butter a large baking dish or individual ramekins and place the pitted sweet cherries into your prepared dish.

In your blender, add the milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt and eggs blending everything together on low speed.

Carefully pour the custard mixture over the cherries in the prepared dishes.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes or until the edges are brown and the center has set. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.

When ready to serve, dust with powdered sugar and enjoy.
