Cinnamon Crumble Pizza

Cinnamon Crumble Pizza

This delicious cinnamon crumble pizza is easy to make with Rhodes Bake-N-Serve dinner rolls. Just thaw, shape and bake! This recipe is re-printed with permission from Rhodes Bake-N-Serv Dough. For more of their recipes, check out their website!

Ingredients

9 Rhodes Dinner Rolls or 6 Rhodes Texas Rolls, dough thawed to room temperature
1 1/2 tbsp butter, melted
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Topping: 1/4 cup flour
3 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp cinnamon
Dash of salt
2 tbsp cold butter
Glaze: 1 tbsp butter, metled
1 tbsp plus 1 tsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla or almond flavoring
1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

Spray counter lightly with non stick cooking spray.

Combine rolls into a 12-inch circle.

Place on a sprayed 12-inch pizza pan.

Brush dough with melted butter. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the butter.

Combine dry topping ingredients well and cut into butter until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over pizza. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 30 minutes.

Remove wrap and bake at 450 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.

Prepare glaze while pizza is baking by combining glaze ingredients. Remove pizza from oven and let cool a few minutes. Drizzle with glaze and serve warm.
