Chicken Waldorf Salad
This simple salad is delicious and so easy to make for dinner.
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, cooked
4 celery stalks, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
2 apples, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
2 cups red seedless grapes, sliced in half
1 cups chopped walnuts
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 head iceberg lettuce chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Dice the cooled/cooked chicken breasts and place them in a large bowl.

Add the chopped celery, carrots, apples, red onion, grapes and the walnuts carefully mixing everything together with the mayonnaise to combine. If needed, add additional mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste.

Divide the chopped lettuce equally onto 6 plates. Dived the Waldorf salad between the six plates, placing it on top of the salad greens. Serve and enjoy.
