Chicken Stuffed Garlic Parmesan Cheese Bread
A delicious appetizer or dinner idea, this chicken stuffed garlic parmesan cheese bread will be a favorite for you. Add variations by changing the cheese and marinara sauce to please your family and friends.
Ingredients
1 large chicken breast
3 eggs
1 cup self rising flour
2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
16 slices of your favorite cheese
1 french baguette
1 stick butter (8 tbsp)
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup dried parsley
1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
Vegetable oil for frying
Marinara Sauce for dipping
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 degree’s.

Slice the chicken breast into 8 even pieces width wise and set aside.

In a small dish whisk the eggs together and set aside.

Add the flour to a one resealable bag and the bread crumbs to another and set aside.

Heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a frying pan to about 350 degree’s.

Dredge each sliced piece of chicken in the flour then dip in the eggs and coat with the bread crumbs.

Fry the chicken pieces until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the oil and allow the cooked chicken pieces to drain and cool on a paper towel lined plate.

Cut the ends off of the baguette and cut it into 4 equal pieces. Slice down one side of the bread and hollow out the center of each piece, set aside.

Wrap each fried chicken piece in two pieces of sliced cheese and place inside of the hollow out bread pieces. If needed, put two pieces of chicken to fill up the bread. Cut each chicken filled bread pieces into 4-5 smaller slices. Transfer to a large piece of foil keeping the loaf together.

In a small bowl, melt the stick of butter and add the minced garlic cloves, parsley and parmesan cheese mixing everything together.

Liberally brush the top of the bread with the butter mixture.

Keep the “loaf” together and wrap it up with the foil.

Place the wrapped bread on a baking sheet and into your preheated oven fro 20 minutes.

Remove and serve with a bowl of your favorite marinara sauce for dipping, enjoy!
