Chicken Parmesan Pizza
This delicious chicken parmesan pizza uses Shake and Bake chicken coating to make the chicken parmesan. Simple and delicious, this pizza is a staple around my house!
Ingredients
For the Pizza Dough:
4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups water
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp yeast
For The Topping:
3 chicken breasts, cubed 1 inch cubes
1 pkg Shake and Bake Chicken flavored coating
4 cups prepared marinara sauce
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
2 cups ricotta cheese
6 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

To make the pizza dough, combine the dough ingredients (flour, water, olive oil, salt, sugar, yeast) into the bowl of your mixer, mix/knead everything together for 15 minutes. Spray the dough with vegetable spray (if transferring to another bowl, make sure the bowl has been sprayed with vegetable oil too) cover and let it double in size.

To make the chicken parmesan topping: cut the chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes. Shake the cubes in the Shake and Bake seasoning mix.

Once the chicken is coated with the seasoning, deep fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and the chicken is cooked through. Remove and place the fry chicken pieces onto a plate that has been lined with paper towels, set aside.

Preheat your oven to 500 degree’s with your pizza stone in the oven so it’s good and hot.

Divide the pizza dough into 4 equal portions. Shape each portion of pizza dough into a 12-16 inch rounds.

In a large bowl, mix the marinara sauce with the Italian seasoning.

Spread about 1 cup of marinara sauce onto each pizza.

Divide the fried chicken pieces, ricotta cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese equally between the 4 pizzas.

Bake until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling. Serve and enjoy!
