Introducing my latest culinary creation: delicious chicken drumsticks and golden potatoes! 😋🍗🥔 Perfectly seasoned and baked to perfection, this dish is sure to satisfy your taste buds. Try it out and let me know what you think! 🤤 #ChickenAndPotatoes #HomeCookedMeal #Foodie #Yum

Ingredients

8-10 chicken drumsticks
4 Green Giant Golden Potatoes
1 red onion, sliced into 8-10 slices
Corn on the cob
Season Salt and pepper
Side dishes of choice
Toothpicks
Cooking oil

Instructions

1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2
Wash and slice the potatoes into rounds that are about 1/2 inch thick.
3
Peel the onion and slice it into quarter-inch slices.
4
Place the potato slices in a large bowl, drizzle them with cooking oil, and season them with your favorite season salt and pepper. Set them aside.
5
Do the same with the chicken drumsticks and set them aside.
6
To prepare, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the seasoned sliced potatoes on it. Top each potato slice with a sliced onion. Stick two or three toothpicks into the potato pieces to create a platform for the chicken drumsticks.
7
Push the drumsticks onto the toothpicks either upright or on their sides. Adjust as needed so the chicken is arranged on top.
8
Bake the chicken and potatoes in the oven for about 30-40 minutes or until the drumsticks are fully cooked and register 165 degrees Fahrenheit on your insta-read thermometer.
9
Remove from the oven and serve with your favorite sides. Chef Bryan Woolley likes serving garlic bread, corn on the cob, and baked beans with his.
