Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (grilled or pan-seared)
1 cup cooked bay shrimp (peeled and deveined)
4 sandwich rolls or brioche buns, lightly toasted
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 large tomato, sliced
For the Creamy Dill Sauce: 1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1
Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear the chicken over medium heat until fully cooked (about 5-6 minutes per side). Set aside to rest, then slice thinly.
2
Make the Creamy Dill Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, fresh dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
3
Assemble the Sandwiches: Spread a generous layer of the creamy dill sauce on the bottom half of each toasted roll. Layer with shredded lettuce, a few slices of tomato, and sliced chicken. Top with a handful of bay shrimp. Add more dill sauce on the top half of the roll and assemble the sandwich.
4
Serve: Serve immediately with your favorite sides, like potato chips, coleslaw, or a light salad.
