Chicken Alfredo with Bowtie Pasta

Chicken Alfredo with Bow Tie Pasta

Easy and delicious, chicken alfredo is a favorite of mine. This recipe is definatley not “heart” healthy with all of the cream so be sure to go walk around the block to burn off some calories. Either way, I love this recipe and I hope you do too!

Ingredients

1 package bow tie pasta (1 pound pkg)
4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
4 cups heavy whipping cream
2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup Italian seasoning blend

Instructions

Cook the bow tie pasta according to the manufacturers directions on the package.

Bake off the chicken until fully cooked

Add the heavy whipping cream to a large sauté pan, bring to a boil and reduce by half.

Add the parmesan cheese, minced garlic and Italian seasoning blend. Stir everything together to combine.

Once the pasta is cooked, drain and return to the pasta pot.

Add the alfredo sauce to the cooked bow tie pasta along with the cubed cooked chicken. Mix everything together until combined.

Serve with a green salad and your favorite sides. Enjoy!
