Ranch Bake Pork Chops with Cheesy Macaroni and Wilted Greens

Cheesy Macaroni

Who doesn’t love a delicious cup of mac and cheese? My cheesy macaroni will not disappoint and is simple to make and pair perfectly with my wilted greens and  Ranch baked pork chops.

Ingredients

6-8 cups cooked elbow macaroni
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp flour
8 cups milk
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp season salt
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the elbow macaroni, cook according to the package directions, drain and set aside until ready to add to the cheese sauce.
2
In the same pot you cooked the macaroni, add the butter and melt followed by the flour. Mix the butter and flour together until fully combined.
3
Whisk in the milk along with the spices. While stirring, bring to a boil so the sauce thickens.
4
Add the shredded cheese and mix to combine along with the cooked elbow pasta. Fold everything together while the cheese melts. Taste for seasoning and adjust as needed.
5
Serve this very cheesy macaroni with your favorite dishes. On my cooking show, “Cooking with Chef Bryan” I serve this with my Ranch baked pork chops and wilted greens.
