Ingredients
12 ounces cooked beef pot roast, chopped
1 (12-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
¾ cup sour cream
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 teaspoons granulated garlic
5 ounces fresh spinach, chopped
Instructions
1
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2
Mix the Cheesy Base: In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, black pepper, and granulated garlic. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
3
Add the Goodies: Gently fold in the chopped spinach, chopped beef, and artichoke hearts into the cheese mixture until everything is evenly distributed.
4
Prepare the Baking Dish: Lightly spray a 9x9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
5
Bake the Dip: Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and the top is golden brown.
6
Serve Warm: Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool slightly. Serve warm alongside fresh vegetable sticks, tortilla chips, or your favorite crackers.
