Cheese Burger Pasta
Back in the day, we called this type of pasta Hamburger Helper, however, you can make a version easily at home using basic ingredients you already have.
Ingredients
1 pound lean ground hamburger
1 small onion, diced
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 small zucchini, chopped into bitesize pieces
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
4 cups beef broth
1 pound package rotini pasta
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheese

Heat a large pot on the stove and add the ground hamburger to the pot along with the diced onion, garlic, chopped zucchini, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Cook the hamburger until brown.

Add the beef broth and the rotini pasta. Cover and cook for the recommending cooking times on the rotini package to al dente.

Once pasta is cooked stir in the sour cream and shredded cheese. Gently stir the pasta until the cheese has melted completely.
