Cantonese BBQ Pork
This delicious bbq is a favorite of mine. So much flavor, crisp on the outside and tender in the inside you can’t help but love this recipe. I like to air fry the pork steaks to get them nice and crispy for the perfect texture.

1 tbsp molasses
1 tbsp minced garlic
2-3 tbsp honey
1/8 tsp red food coloring (optional)
3 cups rice, cooked
Favorite vegetable for the side
