Breakfast Sliders

Breakfast Sliders

What a fun way to start the day! These breakfast sliders will bring smiles your your families faces. Rhodes Bake and Serve doughs are perfect to make your breakfasts delicious. This recipe is courtesy of Rhodes Bake and Serve Dough.

Ingredients

6 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, Rhodes Warm-N-Serve rolls or Soft White Dinner Rolls
6 eggs
1 tbsp butter
12 slices deli ham
6 slices cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 tsp poppy seeds
2 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Whip eggs together with salt and pepper. Melt 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet and scramble the eggs. Half way through the scrambling, divide the eggs into 6 separate pieces and let cook so they don’t fall apart.

Slice rolls in half and place on sprayed baking sheet. Place a cook egg portion on the bottom halves of the rolls. Layer2 slices of ham on top of each egg portion. Place a slice of cheese on top of ham. Place the top half of each roll on top of the cheese.

Combine remaining ingredients and bruh over the tops of the rolls. Bake at 325 degrees for about 5-10 minutes or until cheese starts to melt.
