Brazilian Chimichurri Sauce
This simple sauce is perfect with any grilled meat dish. I like adding cilantro because I like the flavor it adds, however, you can omit the cilantro if you’re not a fan.

Ingredients
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch cilantro (optional)
1/2 cup olive oil
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 small red chili, minced
1 tsp oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Remove the leaves (can use the small tender stalks too) of the parsley and cilantro, add them to the bowl of your food processor.

Add the remaining ingredients as well pulsing to combine and chop everything up. Serve with your favorite grilled meat and enjoy!
