Boneless Beef Short Ribs
Delicious short ribs are wonderful for dinner. Baked in the oven and served with mashed potatoes and your favorite vegetable on the side for a complete dinner idea that’s so easy to make!
Ingredients
2 lbs short ribs, cut into 3 inch pieces
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
12 ounces bbq sauce
For the Gravy:
2 cups beef broth
2 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Sprinkle the short ribs with salt, pepper and smoked paprika and place them in a baking dish you’ve sprayed with vegetable spray.

Place the prepared ribs in the baking dish and cover with half of the bbq sauce.

Tightly cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 2.5-3 hours.

Remove from the oven, uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and “slather” the ribs with the remaining bbq sauce. Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed asparagus on the side.

To make the gravy, whisk the beef broth and cornstarch together. Bring to a boil to thicken.
