For the Dough:

4 cups water

1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp yeast (Instant Yeast like Saff)
1 can prepared blueberry pie filling (21 oz)
1 block cream cheese ( 8 oz )
4 cups brown sugar
2 cups sour cream
Instructions
1
To make the dough: In the bowl of your mixer, add the sourdough start (can omit if you don’t have one), water, flour, salt and yeast.
2
Blend and knead everything together for about 15 minutes until the dough is smooth. Feel free to adjust flour or water if needed to create a soft dough.
3
Spray the dough with vegetable spray and let it double in size.
4
In a small saucepan, add the blueberry filling and cream cheese. Melt the cream cheese into the pie filling. When finished, remove from heat and set aside.
5
Preheat oven to 450 degree’s with a pizza stone in it.
6
To assemble the blueberry pizza tart, weigh out 8 dough pieces 10 ounces each (more or less). Sprinkle your work surface with flour to prevent the dough from sticking.
7
Shape the dough into a pizza rounds about 10 inches in diameter and spread the sour-cream and brown sugar between the pizza rounds.
8
Bake them on your preheated pizza stone for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
9
Remove from the oven, and divide the blueberry filling between the pizzas. Place the pizza’s back into the oven for a couple of minutes.
10
Remove and cut into 8 slices, serve and enjoy!
