Black Pepper and Beef Spaghetti Dinner

Ingredients

1 pkg spaghetti noodles, 16 oz pkg
1 bell pepper sliced
1 small red onion, sliced
1 beef rump roast, 1 pound, thinly sliced
2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup cornstarch
3 tbsp cooking oil
For the Spaghetti Sauce: 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp black pepper

Instructions

Cook the spaghetti noodles al dente following the package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water, then set aside with the sliced bell pepper and red onion.

In a large bowl, combine the thinly sliced beef roast with black pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, baking soda, cornstarch, and cooking oil. Mix everything together until well combined, and then set aside.

In a small bowl, mix the spaghetti sauce ingredients (Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, minced garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper) together until combined, and then set aside.

Heat a large frying pan on the stove and add enough oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan.

Add the prepared beef slices to the hot frying pan and let them sear for a minute or two before stirring around. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, and sauté everything together for a couple of minutes.

Add the cooked and drained pasta to the pan and mix until everything is combined.

Pour the spaghetti sauce mixture into the pan and mix to combine. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
