Big Mac Taco
Here’s a fun idea to mix up your dinner! How about making my delicious Big Mac tacos. Easy to make and fun to eat, these tacos will be a new favorite dinner idea!
Ingredients
1 pound ground hamburger
2 cups shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup diced onion
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp yellow mustard
1/4 cup dill relish
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp vinegar
American Cheese slices
Sesame seed topped hamburger buns
salt and pepper to taste

Cook the hamburger in a sauté pan. If the hamburger is really greasy, drain the grease off and return it to the pan. Salt and pepper to taste and add the shredded cheddar cheese to the cooked hamburger. Mix together and let the cheese melt slightly into the hamburger.

To make the sauce, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, dill relish, onion powder and vinegar together in a small bowl. Mix everything together to combine and add salt and pepper to taste.

Using your rolling pin, roll the top of the hamburger bun (sesame seed top) thin like a taco shell.

To assemble the taco, place the prepared taco shell (rolled out hamburger bun) on your work surface followed by shredded lettuce, cooked hamburger and cheese mixture, diced onion and finish off by drizzling it with the sauce. Serve and enjoy!
