Beef Stroganoff Casserole
I love making stroganoff and will often substitute diced chicken for the beef. I’m excited for you all to try this recipe for dinner with your family and friends.
Ingredients
3 pounds ground hamburger
1/4 cup worcestshire sauce
1 small onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
3 cups sliced mushrooms
2 cups beef broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 ounce)
1 carton sour cream (16 ounce)
1 cup french fried onions
1 pkg egg noodles cooked and drained (1 pound pkg)
Instructions
1
Preheat the oven to 350 degree’s.
2
Brown the hamburger in a large pan. If needed drain and rinse the hamburger after it’s cooked
3
In the same pan, add the diced onion, minced garlic and sliced mushrooms. Saute for about about 5 minutes. Add the browned beef back into the pan and mix everything together.
4
Pour the beef broth into the pan and bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer and reduce by half.
5
Add the cream of mushroom sauce and the sour cream to the mixture and stir to combine.
6
Fold the meat mixture into the noodles and transfer the stroganoff to a 9x13 baking dish (spray with vegetable spray) and sprinkle the french fried onions over the top. Place the casserole dish covered with foil in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes. Serve with your favorite side dish and enjoy!
