Beef Fajitas
Delicious doesn’t have to be difficult. You’re going to love these beef fajitas! They’re easy and fast to make and can feed a crowd.

Ingredients
3 carrots, thinly julienne cut
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 small onion, thinly slice
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 pound beef steak, cut into thin strips
1 cup chopped tomatoes
Prepared salsa
Brazilian Chimichurri Sauce
Hot sauce of choice
Corn tortillas, warmed
Instructions

Heat a large skillet on the stove and add enough vegetable oil to lightly coat the bottom of the skillet.

Add the carrots, bell pepper, onion and garlic to the skillet and saute for a couple of minutes. Add the beef and continue sautéing until the beef is cooked through to your desired doneness.

Remove the skillet from the heat and fold in the chopped tomatoes.

Serve with prepared salsa, my Brazilian chimichurri sauce or hot sauce of your choice. Enjoy!
