BBQ Pork ribs with Homemade Dry Rub

BBQ Pork Ribs with Homemade Dry Spice Rub

Pork ribs are delicious and really easy to make. I like my homemade dry rub and than a simple roast/steam in the oven until they are fall apart tender. Perfect for dinner, served with your favorite sides…your family will love these!

Ingredients

1 rack pork ribs
1 tbsp granulated garlic
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp mustard powder
1 tbsp season salt
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp Italian Herb Blend

Instructions

1
Place the rack of pork ribs on a baking sheet pan and set aside.
2
In a small bowl combine the granulated garlic, onion powder, mustard powder, season salt, smoked paprika and Italian Herb seasoning blend. Whisk together to combine.
3
Liberally sprinkle the dry spice blend over both sides of of the pork ribs. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
4
If using a convection steam oven, set the temperature to 280 degreeā€™s Fahrenheit and roast for approximately 1 1/2 hours. Test the ribs for doneness and adjust cooking times as needed. When ribs are fully cooked, you can grill them to place the grill marks on them if you choose. It does work better if you completely chill them first before grilling them.
5
When the ribs are fully cooked, cut them into individual ribs and place them in a large bowl and drizzle with your favorite prepared BBQ sauce. Toss them to coat. Serve with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
