Barely Buzzed Chessy Popovers

Barely Buzzed Cheesy Popovers

Want a delicious idea for breakfast or anytime of the day? Popovers are a great idea anytime but have you tried incorporate some grated Barely Buzzed Cheese into your batter? If you haven’t, you are in for a treat!

Ingredients

2 cups milk
4 eggs
2 cups flour
1 cups grated Barely Buzzed Cheese, plus additional
1 tsp salt
6 tbsp melted butter, plus additional (6 tbsp)
Favorite Jam

Instructions

1
Preheat your oven to 350 degree’s.
2
I use a 6 top large muffin pan to make my popovers, however, if you have a popover pan use that if you choose. Place 1 tbsp butter into each compartment and place the pan in the oven to heat up and melt the butter.
3
In your blender, add the milk, eggs, flour, 1 cup grated barely buzzed cheese, salt and 6 tbsp melted butter to your blender. Blend everything together until well combined.
4
Remove the hot pan from the oven with the melted butter in it and divide the popover batter evenly in each compartment.
5
Bake the popovers for about 25-30 minutes or until they are golden brown on top and cooked through. Remove from the oven and serve them hot with your favorite jam.
