Banana Split Berry Yogurt Parfaits
This recipe is a delicious twist on the classic banana split. More of a parfaits, all your favorite flavors minus the calories will greet you in this tasty dessert. This recipe is courtesy of The American Heart Association.

Ingredients
12 ounces fat free yogurt
1 cup sliced strawberries or mixed berries
1 banana, sliced
1/4 cup low-fat granola
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tsp hot water

In a small dish, layer about 1/3 cup of yogurt with a 1/2 cup berries and a tablespoon of granola on top. Be creative with the flavor of fat free yogurt or use a frozen yogurt for a fun variation.

In a small cup, mix the cocoa powder, powdered sugar and hot water together until combined. Drizzle about 1 tsp of chocolate sauce over each parfait.
