Bacon, Swiss and Chicken Sandwich

Bacon, Swiss and Chicken Sandwich

This delicious bacon, swiss and chicken sandwich will definitely please your dinner guests. This is a great and easy idea for dinner!

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tbsp Montreal Chicken Seasoning
1 tsp cayenne pepper
8 pieces of bacon, cooked
4 slices of Swiss cheese
Iceberg Lettuce
Tomatoes
Ranch dressing
Sesame Seed Hamburger Buns
Oil for Deep Frying

Instructions

Fillet the chicken breasts so you have four pieces of chicken.

In a small bowl, whisk the eggs and water together.

In a resealable bag, add the flour, Montreal Chicken Seasoning and cayenne pepper. Shake together to combine everything.

Heat the oil to 350 degree’s. Make sure you have enough oil to deep fry the chicken.

Dip the prepared chicken into the egg mixture and then shake and coat in the flour mixture.

Deep fry the chicken until it is golden brown and the center reaches a temperature of 165 degree’s.

To assemble the sandwich, spread some Ranch dressing onto both the top and bottom of buns. On the bottom bun, add lettuce and sliced tomatoes. Place the fried chicken breast on top followed by a slice of Swiss cheese on top of the cooked chicken breast. Place the top bun on and serve with your favorite sides, enjoy!
