Backyard BBQ Ideas

Ribs, hamburgers, corn on the cob and pizookies are truly the best bbq ideas for the summer. Easy to make and crowd pleasers, these ideas will level up your bbq game!

Ingredients

1 rack baby back pork ribs
1 rack pork spare ribs
1 beef roast (about 2-3 pounds)
4 cups prepared chocolate chip cookie dough
6-8 ears of corn
Favorite Pork Rub
Favorite BBQ sauce
Favorite Hamburger seasoning
Condiments of choice

Instructions

1
For the ribs, rub the baby back ribs and spare ribs with your favorite pork seasoning for ribs. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake at 250 degrees for about 5 hours.
2
Remove the ribs and brush with your favorite bbq sauce. Grill for about 5 minutes on each side to caramelize the bbq sauce. Cut and serve.
3
To make the hamburgers, cut the beef roast into small pieces and place in your food processor. Pulse until the beef is finely ground into hamburger. Shape and grill your hamburgers and desired. Use your favorite condiments to build your masterpieces.
4
To make the pizookies, Spread the prepared cookie dough (about 1/2 cup) into a pizookie pan (small cast iron pan) and bake at 350 for about 10 minutes or until the edges are golden, remove and serve with a scoop of your favorite ice cream on top.
5
For the corn on the cob, pull the husks back just enough to be able to remove the “silk” from the cob. Pull the husks back over the cob and soak for about 10 minutes in water.
6
Place them on the grill for about 20 minutes to cook. Serve with butter, salt and pepper or your favorite seasoning.
