Ingredients

1 egg
2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
2 heads roasted garlic
2 tsp dijon mustard
Juice of one lime
1 cup olive oil
1 lb thick-cut bacon
4-6 ripe tomatoes, sliced
2-3 avocados, sliced
Fresh iceberg lettuce
Toasted bread of your choice
