Apple French Toast Stratta
A delicious idea for breakfast, this apple french toast stratta is winner. I like to top it with honey, syrup or your favorite jams/jelly.
Ingredients
1 can apple pie filling (20 ounce can)
1/2 block cream cheese (4 ounces)
6 Oakdell eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
6 cups chopped bread cubes
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 degree’s.

Spray a 9x13 baking pan with vegetable spray and set aside.

Spread the apple pie filling on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

Place small dollops of cream cheese on top of the apple pie filling.

In a large bowl whisk together the Oakdell eggs, milk and vanilla. Add the bread cubes to the egg mixture and stir to combine.

Pour the bread mixture over top of the apple pie filling. Using a fork, if needed, evenly distribute the bread cube mixture.

Place in the oven for approximately 30 minutes or until throughly baked through.

Remove form the oven and place a large plater over the pan and flip the apple french toast strata onto the platter. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
