Alfredo Grilled Chicken Pizza
Not a fan of tomato sauced pizzas, than this is the pizza for you. This bianca chicken grilled pizza will make you smile and crave pizza!
Ingredients
Pizza Dough:
4 cups flour
1 tsp instant yeast
1 tbsp season salt
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 cups water
For the Sauce:
3 cups prepared alfredo sauce:
1 tbsp dried basil
For the Toppings:
2 chicken breast, grilled chicken, sliced
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 cup sliced olives
1 medium yellow onion, sliced

To make the dough, add the flour, instant yeast, extra virgin olive oil, season salt and water into the bowl of your mixer. Mix/knead for about 15 minutes. Spray a bowl and the dough with vegetable spray and let it double in size.

Preheat your oven to 500 degree’s with a pizza stone in it.

Dived the dough into two equal portions and roll each into a 16 inch (approximately) round. Brush each pizza dough with extra virgin olive oil.

Divide the the sauce and toppings between the two pizza.

Place the pizzas in the preheated oven on your pizza stone and bake until the dough is golden brown. Remove from the oven, slice and serve.
