Air-Fryer Miso Salmon and Vegetables

Air-Fryer Miso Salmon and Vegetables

Making dinner was never this easy, break out that air-fryer and get cooking. Any fish can be used when you make this recipe so be creative and have fun!

Ingredients

1 tbsp red miso paste
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 6-oz salmon fillets
4 cups assorted vegetables (your choice)
2 russet potatoes, peeled and diced
Season salt
Black Pepper
Vegetable oil spray

Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together the red paste and soy sauce. Brush the salmon fillets with the red miso mixture and set them aside.

Place the mixed vegetables in a large bowl. Rinse the diced potatoes and add them to the mixed vegetables. Spray the mixed vegetables with vegetable spray so they lightly coated with oil. Sprinkle them with season salt and black pepper (to taste).

Place the prepared vegetable mixture into the basket of your air fryer and place the salmon fillets on top. Air fry for approximately 20 minutes on 350 degreeā€™s or until the salmon and vegetables are cooked through. Serve and enjoy!
