Air-Fryer Baked Potatoes

Air Fryer “Baked” Potatoes

These deliciously “baked” potatoes are actually cooked in the air-fryer. Delicious and easy to make, these potatoes will be a new go-to for dinner.

Ingredients

4 baker size Russet potatoes
Vegetable Spray
Toppings: Sour Cream Butter Freshly Made Salsa Freshly Chopped Chives Bacon Bits Shredded Cheese

Instructions

1
Wash and dry the russet potatoes. Spray the cleaned potatoes with vegetable spray and be sure to liberally spread the vegetable oil all over the potato.
2
Place the prepared potatoes into the basket of the air-fryer and set to 400 degrees for about 30 minutes. Please note, all air fryers are different so you may need to adjust temperature and cooking times slightly.
3
To check the potato for doneness, stick a fork in the potato and it should easily go through with no resistance.
4
To serve, cut potato about 3/4 of the way through lengthwise and horizontally. Press the four newly formed “compartments” in towards the center and upwards.
5
Top the baked potato with your favorite toppings, serve and enjoy!
