Ahi Poke

Ingredients
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sambal oelek
1 tsp sesame seed oil
3 green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, smashed and finely chopped
1 - 1/2 inch piece ginger, peeled and grated
2 drops doTERRA Ginger oil
1 small onion, diced
1 pound ahi tuna cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2 tbsp chopped dry-roasted macadamia nuts (optional)
Instructions

Combine everything into a large bowl and gently stir to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for two hours before serving. Enjoy!
