2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 dill pickles, sliced in quarters
2 roma tomatoes, each cut into 8 slices
1 pkg hot dog buns
ketchup
yellow mustard
granulated garlic
vegetable spray

Instructions

1
Preheat your grill.
2
Boil the hot hot dogs for about 5 minutes, remove from the water and place on a plate, set aside.
3
Slice the pickled pepperoncini peppers in half, removing the stem and the seed packet, set aside.
4
Slice the pickles into 8 slices and set aside.
5
Slice the roma tomatoes into 8 slices and set aside.
6
Carefully open the hot dogs and spray the insides with vegetable spray. sprinkle each with granulated garlic, setting each one aside. You are creating garlic hot dog buns, like garlic bread.
7
When ready to serve, grill the hot dogs and hot dog buns for about 3 minutes on your preheated grill to “mark” them.
8
To assemble the three different hot dogs, spread some ketchup and mustard over the garlic grilled hot dog buns and place a grilled hot dog on the bun.
9
To create the sliced pepperoncini hot dogs, line one side of the hot dog with the sliced pickled pepperoncini peppers and serve.
10
To make the chili cheese dog simply spoon some of the prepared chili over the hot dog (be sure the chili is preheated and hot) and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
11
To make the dill pickle and tomato hot dog, place two slices of the dill pickle on one side of the grilled hot dog and some sliced tomatoes on the other side of the grilled hotdog. Serve and enjoy!
