Reuben Sandwich
A favorite sandwich of mine, the rueben is a classic sandwich that is pact full of flavor!
Ingredients
For The Dressing:
1 cup prepared mayonnaise
1/4 cup prepared garlic chili sauce
1-2 tbsp ketchup
1/4 cup finely minced onion
1 tbsp pickle relish, sweet
salt and pepper to taste
For the Sandwich:
1 loaf caraway dill bread
2 pounds corn beef, cooked and cooled
6-8 slices swiss cheese
Instructions

To make the dressing, add everything into a bowl and whisk together to combine. Set aside until ready to use.

Slice the bread loaf into 8 or 16 slices and toast the slices, set aside until ready to use.

To assemble the sandwich, chop the corn beef into portions. Depending on the size of the sandwich, portion into 4-8 portions on a baking sheet.

Cover the corn beef with sliced swiss cheese and place under the broiler to melt the cheese.

Spread the dressing over the toasted caraway and dill bread and place the corn beef portions onto the slices. Top with a second slice of bread, serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
