Yogurt Marinated Chicken
Here’s a delicious idea for a marinade and summer grilling.
Ingredients
2 pounds chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 cups plain yogurt
juice and zest from one lemon
1 tbsp season salt (I like to use Tajin)
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp herbs de Provence
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Place the chicken strips in a large re-sealable plastic bag.

To the bag, add the plain yogurt, juice/zest of one lemon, season salt, bak pepper, paprika, herbs de provence, garlic and olive oil.

Seal the bag and mix everything together. Place in the refrigerator over night.

Grill the chicken strips until they are fully cooked.

Serve with a fresh green salad and your favorite artisan bread. Enjoy!
