Ingredients

For the Bunny Bread: 13 Rhodes White Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold

Nonstick cooking spray

Melted butter, for brushing

For the Spinach Dip Filling: 4 cups baby spinach

2/3 cup marinated artichoke hearts, chopped

4 oz cream cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 tsp hot sauce

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese, divided

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1
Create the Body Base:
Roll out one roll into a 7-inch circle and place it near the bottom of a sprayed baking sheet.

2
Form the Face:
Cut 10 rolls in half. Use one half as the bunny's face, placing it just above the body base.

3
Add the Head and Body Border:
Arrange 7 halves around the face to create the bunny's head. Place the remaining 12 halves around the bottom circle to form a border around the body.

4
Make the Ears by using 2 whole rolls: Take 1/6 of one roll and roll into a 3-inch strip.
Shape the rest into a 7-inch rope.
Loop the rope around the strip to form an ear.
Tuck the base under the bunny’s head. Repeat for the second ear.
5
Proof the Dough:
Lightly spray with cooking spray and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise for 30 minutes.

6
Prepare the Dip:
In a mixing bowl, combine all dip ingredients, saving 1/2 cup of mozzarella for topping.

7
Assemble:
Spoon dip into the bunny’s belly and ears.

8
Bake the Bunny:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic wrap, brush dough with melted butter, and bake for 35–40 minutes. Tent with foil if browning too fast.

9
Serve:
Cool slightly and serve warm. Add crackers, veggies, or extra bread for dipping!
